Project 5: Larmet Gick 1941


In the midst of chaos, an explosion has occurred, leaving the way out impassable.
The challenge now lies in navigating through the cognitive tests designed for lobotomized patients to urgently signal for help and escape this dangerous situation.


In this project, the focus was to create our own engine. My primary task was installing and learning IMGUI to incorporate it into our game. With this installation, we learned how to use it effectively, which helped us greatly in debugging. Simultaneously, we also utilized it for our designers to modify various elements such as speed and position.

When I learned how to use IMGUI, my focus shifted to the door mechanism to prevent the player from passing through it, forcing them to solve a puzzle. I then implemented a feature using IMGUI that allowed the designer to adjust the door's opening speed and distance.
